Contract to start ASAP
Duration: 12 weeks with a possible extension.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain all aspects of timber doors, frames and windows including UPVC windows and doors
- Carry out repairs to UPVC and forced entry to UPVC doors and windows
- Measure and provide a detailed joinery submission order so joinery that's being replaced is made correctly
- Carry out associated multi-trade tasks including basic plumbing, tiling, and patch plastering
- Ensure all work is completed to an acceptable and professional standard
- Work safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail across occupied and unoccupied properties
