Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our dynamic sales team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This role involves engaging with potential clients directly at their homes to promote our gardending and home maintenance services. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently. This is a paid position suitable for those eager to develop their sales skills
You will be selling gardening Maintenance and home services like jet washing and tree trimming
Commission is also 5% of every closed sale , once Job is booked in and deposit is Paid you will be paid your commission bi- weekly. Your standerd rate of pay will be paid weekly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face visits to potential customers' homes or businesses to present our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly, ensuring a personalised approach.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Manage your schedule effectively, ensuring coverage of designated areas within assigned territories.
- Provide clear information about product features, benefits, and pricing, addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
- Achieve set sales targets through persistent and courteous engagement with potential customers.
Qualifications

- Self-motivated with organisational skills to manage daily routes efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
