We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a family run, privately owned restaurant in Oundle, starting ASAP. This role is cooking Al a Carte, using fresh food and always evolving seasonally.
Shifts: 4/5 day working week
Salary: £33,000.00 - £36,000.00 + TIPS

Job Description:
- Preparing and cooking of all food as Sous Chef
- Standing in for the Head Chef in their absence
- Cooking fresh produce as Sous Chef
- Cleaning food preparation areas and equipment
- Not afraid to muck in and help in all areas of the kitchen
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, clean + organised
- Keeping your station clean and tidy
Required/Preferred Skills:
- Sous Chef experience
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Working within a team
- Knowledge of health and safety practices
- Food Safety Level 2
