Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth communication across various channels. By collaborating with other departments you'll be ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process is efficient and accurate. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational and communication skills to contribute to our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Support day to day sales activity and administration
- Manage orders, pricing and customer queries
- Act as key contact for customers ensuring timely responses with various correspondence via email, phone, and other communication platforms with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain and marketing teams actively
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, client information, and reporting
- Monitor stock levels and flag risks early
- Support tenders, promotions and product launches
Skills and Experience
- Proven office experience in sales support or commercial admin role
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP Business One experience advantageous but not essential as training will be given
- Adept at data entry with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all records
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast paced environment
- Proactive and dependable person who is customer focused
- Team player who is solution driven
