About Us
Fresh Photo House Ltd is a busy property marketing company working with estate agents and developers across London to produce high-quality visual content that helps properties sell and let faster. As demand for our services grows, we’re looking for a talented and reliable freelance photographer and floorplanner to join our network.
The Role
You’ll be visiting residential and commercial properties across London to deliver professional photography and detailed measured floorplans, typically covering between 1 and 6 properties per day. This is a freelance, self-employed position paid on a per-property basis, with regular and consistent work available for the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Capturing high-quality interior and exterior photography at properties across London
- Drawing detailed measured sketches on site, which our in-house team will then produce into finished floorplans
- Working from a schedule managed and organised by the Fresh Photo House Ltd bookings team
- Submitting your merged HDR photos and sketches promptly — our team handles all editing and floorplan drawing so you can move efficiently between properties
- Representing the Fresh Photo House Ltd brand professionally when attending client properties
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in property photography — a portfolio will be required
- Confidence in taking accurate on-site measurements and producing clear, detailed sketches
- Proficiency in floorplanning using industry-standard tools (e.g. Laser measurer)
- Your own professional camera equipment
- Strong time management and the ability to work independently
- Ability to travel across London using your preferred mode of transport — whether by car or public transport
- Based in or able to cover London and surrounding areas
