Part-Time Bar Staff Wanted
We’re looking for an experienced, confident, and friendly team member to join our pub under new management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ bar experience.
- Comfortable working independently during quieter periods.
- Able to change barrels using the Heineken SmartDispense system.
- Able to change gas cylinders safely.
- Confident, outgoing, and happy to chat with regular customers.
- Uses initiative and can work without constant supervision.
- Maintains a clean and tidy bar and pub at all times.
- Clears and resets tables promptly.
- Collects glasses and keeps the venue presentable.
- Confident checking ID for anyone who appears underage.
- Comfortable refusing service when necessary, in line with licensing laws.
During busy periods, there will always be two members of staff on shift.
