Max Wright Limited is a UK based electrical engineering company specialising in electrical installations and the design, manufacture, and installation of custom built Electrical Control Panels, Motor Control Centres (MCCs), Switchboards.
Based at our Thundridge site near Ware, Hertfordshire, we are a family run business with over 50 years of experience. We work with a range of major clients across industries including water, food, brewing, and petrochemicals, and currently operate under long term framework agreements with Southern Water, Wessex Water, Northumbrian Water, and Essex & Suffolk Water.
We employ around 50 staff and have a strong track record of delivering high-quality engineered solutions.
We are currently recruiting Panel Fitter / Wirers to support the manufacture of our control panels.
The role involves a mix of mechanical fitting, wiring, and general workshop duties.
Full training will be provided, and no prior experience is required.
Requirements:
- Electrical knowledge / qualifications (ideally to at least C&G level 3) and experience with Motor Control Centres
- Fluent in English
- Eligible to work in the UK
