Your Role
- Deliver engaging experiences inspired by children's interests and the natural environment
- Encourage outdoor exploration and learning opportunities
- Support children's emotional wellbeing and development
- Build positive relationships with families within the local community
- Create safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environments
- Promote high standards of safeguarding and care
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- A genuine passion for outdoor and nature-based learning
- Experience supporting children's learning and development
- Excellent communication skills
- A caring, enthusiastic approach and strong team spirit
