Assistant Manager
Salt on the Harbour is a newly refurbished Harbourside Restaurant/Café Bar/Hotel serving locally sourced and sustainable seafood. The building has been lovingly restored into a high end and contemporary venue.
We are looking for a restaurant manager for our restaurant.
You will be responsible for the running of our 60 cover restaurant along with our current manager, offering a first class experience, you will have a wide knowledge of the hospitality industry, including fine dinning.
This is a new venture for someone to grab hold of and make it their own, the establishment is in a unique location with the best views in the town of the harbour.
