Role Summary
The Paid Media Specialist delivers day-to-day campaign management across paid search and paid social to drive measurable results and support client growth. They combine analytical skill, technical ability, and attention to detail to execute campaigns that meet Libertys standards for accuracy, efficiency, and commercial impact.
Working closely with senior members of the Paid Media Team, they ensure campaigns are well-managed, insight-led, and continuously improving. They build commercial awareness through exposure to budgets, performance targets, and client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day Paid Media activity across assigned accounts and tasks.

Analyse performance data and identify actionable insights and improvements.

Build, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Monitor budgets and pacing and flag risks or opportunities early.

Support structured testing and optimisation to improve efficiency and results.

Produce clear reporting inputs, focusing on what happened, why, and what we are doing next.

Participate in client communication when required, building confidence and commercial awareness.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow Libertys delivery processes and standards.

Contribute to brainstorms, testing ideas, and continuous improvement within the team.

Stay up to date with platform changes and best practice, applying learning to client work.

Represent Liberty positively in client and internal communication.

Deliver accurate, efficient Paid Media execution that keeps campaigns on track against agreed KPIs.

Support client retention through reliable delivery and proactive communication.

Identify optimisation opportunities and raise issues early with clear next steps.

Contribute to team best practice through learning, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.

Collaborate with Client Services, SEO, Content, Digital PR, and Social to support integrated delivery.

Utilise the testing matrix across all clients to manage A/B testing and experiments.
