We are seeking a reliable and proactive Mosca Pallet Line Operative / FLT Driver to join our client’s production team. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are prepared safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards before customer delivery and throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
Pallet Line Operations
- Operate the Mosca pallet strapping line, ensuring pallets are securely and consistently strapped.
- Shroud pallets to a high standard, maintaining excellent presentation and quality.
- Ensure all pallets leaving the production area meet company quality requirements.
Production Support
- Monitor workflow and proactively identify any storage, space, or production flow issues.
- During the afternoon shift, shake pallets of printed sheets ready for the laminating process.
- Locate and supply pallets of single-face material to support continuous production on the laminator.
- Assist in maintaining an organised and efficient production environment.
Communication & Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with the Shift Manager and production team.
- Escalate any workload or operational concerns promptly when additional support is required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A valid FLT licence (essential).
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment (advantageous but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Good awareness of production processes and workplace organisation.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
- A reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude.
