About us
Millie's House Fulham Reach is a beautiful 92-place nursery caring for children from three months to five years. Housed in a modern, purpose-built building overlooking Frank Banfield Park and just a few minutes from Hammersmith station, our setting is flooded with natural light and opens onto a spacious private garden. Each age group enjoys its own dedicated room and garden area, with children learning through play across five bright, welcoming rooms.

About the role
We're looking for a qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team. As a Level 3 practitioner, you'll take a confident, hands-on role in the care and development of our children, helping to create a safe, stimulating and loving environment where they thrive, in line with the EYFS framework.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing warm, attentive care that supports each child's wellbeing and development
- Acting as a key person for a group of children, building strong, trusting relationships and supporting their individual needs
- Planning and delivering fun, engaging, play-based activities aligned to the EYFS
- Observing, assessing and recording children's progress, and sharing it with parents and carers
- Supporting children's daily routines, including mealtimes, nappy changing/toileting, and rest
- Building friendly, professional relationships with families
- Helping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
- Upholding the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing at all times
About you
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Proven experience working in an early years setting
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- A warm, patient and reliable approach, and a genuine passion for working with young children
- Confidence to take initiative within your room and work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Paediatric First Aid certification (desirable, or willingness to obtain)

Hours: Monday to Friday, within operating hours of 7:30am–6:30pm (full-time, shift-based).
