Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' healthcare recruitment experience
- An existing client base and candidate network
- Proven expertise within healthcare recruitment placing permanent candidates rather than contract staff.
The healthcare sector aligns strongly with our existing network of decision-makers and growth plans.
The Opportunity
You will operate on a self-employed basis under a split-fee arrangement while benefiting from the full backing of the EXO Recruit brand and support infrastructure.

Pay: £40,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
