Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring their needs are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests
- Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing your familiarity with the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of food safety practices is essential
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour
