About EcoFueled
EcoFueled is a renewable energy installation company based in Poole, Dorset. We design and install air source heat pumps, solar PV, and battery storage systems for homeowners and businesses across the south coast. As we continue to grow we need a driven, organised person working alongside our Sales Director to keep opportunities moving through the pipeline and converting to sales.
The Opportunity
This role sits right at the heart of our sales engine. You'll work closely with our Sales Director across every stage of the sales process from finding new prospects through to closing the deal. Every part of this role is geared towards one thing: converting opportunities into sales. You'll manage the CRM, run reports, follow up leads, book appointments, support with system design, and proactively look for new prospects. It's a hands-on, varied role for someone who's self-motivated, structured, and comfortable prioritising their own workload in a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and maintaining the CRM (Monday.com) so every opportunity is accurately tracked and nothing falls through the cracks
- Running reports on pipeline performance and sales activity for the Sales Director
- Following up leads promptly and consistently, keeping opportunities warm and moving forward
- Booking appointments and surveys, and helping coordinate diaries across the sales process
- Supporting with the design of solar PV, battery storage, and heat pump systems for prospective customers
- Proactively sourcing new prospects and opportunities, not just managing what's already in the pipeline
- Working closely with the Sales Director on all aspects of closing deals
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated — you take ownership of your pipeline rather than waiting to be told what to chase
- Structured and organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively when there's a lot on
- Confident using a CRM system and comfortable with reporting (training on our specific tools provided)
- Sales-minded — genuinely motivated by converting opportunities into closed deals
- Good communicator, equally comfortable on the phone, in writing, and face to face
- An interest in renewable energy and how solar, battery, and heat pump systems work is a bonus
- Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or sales executive role is essential
