Female Support Worker
We are looking for Female Support Workers to support our Female Residents here at Stallcombe Community.
£12.75 - £13.00 per hour
Stallcombe House is a residential care setting for 33 adults set within 55 acres of organic gardens and working farm on the outskirts of Exeter.
Our ideal candidate will be a resilient and reliable individual who is able to support our residents in all aspects of their daily routines, providing support for them to achieve their aspirations and encouraging them to achieve their full potential.
You will support our residents to attend appointments, carry out their household tasks, integrate within the community and maintain contact with their families and friends. You will also support our residents with their personal care routines whilst respecting their dignity, privacy and promoting independence.
We are looking for candidates who may have previous experience of working with Autism and Learning Disability, however if you are looking for a rewarding career change we welcome applications from candidates who want to work within a diverse and rewarding role. We offer full training as well as opportunities for on-going learning and development.
You should be able to use your own initiative as well as work as part of a team, be self-motivated & patient.
Our average working week is 37.5 hours; this is a shift working pattern where you will be expected to work every other weekend.

32 Days Annual Leave per annum (pro rata)
