Activity Co-ordinator – 24 Hours per Week

Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour
Blossom Lodge Care Home is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Activity Co-ordinator to join our dedicated team for 24 hours per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering a varied programme of meaningful activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents. You will encourage participation, support individual interests, and help create a vibrant and engaging environment within the home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and deliver group and one-to-one activities.
- Support residents to maintain hobbies, interests, and social connections.
- Plan seasonal events, celebrations, and outings.
- Work closely with residents, families, and the care team to provide person-centred activities.
- Maintain activity records and schedules.
What We're Looking For:
- A caring, friendly, and enthusiastic approach.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage older people.
- Previous experience in activities, care, or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
