- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using organisational IT systems.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients whilst seeking new business prospects through B2B sales channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively to prioritise high-value enquiries and follow-up actions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to enhance sales strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT systems including CRM software, MS Office suite, and other organisational tools.
- Valid driving licence is desirable for client visits or field activities.
