Role Type: Part-Time
Shift Pattern:
- Wednesday: 3:00pm–9:00pm
- Friday: 3:00pm–9:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am–4:00pm
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive team member to join the Body Tech Fitness team.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for delivering a great member experience while helping maintain high standards across the gym. You’ll split your time between reception, supporting members, and keeping the gym clean, organised, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
1. Member Interaction & Customer Service
- Greet all members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Handle minor member queries and concerns, escalating where necessary
- Support new member tours and assist with sign-ups when required
2. Front Desk & Admin
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area
- Ensure front-of-house presentation reflects Body Tech standards
- Log daily tasks using the task management system
- Log and report incidents and maintenance issues
3. Facilities & Gym Floor Standards
- Cleaning and carrying out regular checks of the gym floor, changing rooms, toilets, and communal areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the day
- Wipe down equipment and surfaces as needed
- Restock supplies
- Report issues such as maintenance faults, cleaning concerns, or damaged equipment
4. Site Support
- Assist with daily operational checks (cleanliness, stock levels, general upkeep)
- Work closely with the Gym Manager and wider team to maintain standards across the site
