We’re a passionate, friendly team that operates across Northamptonshire and Leicestershire, delivering great food and excellent service every day. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable Team Leader to join our crew on the trailers.

What You'll Do:
- Lead a small, friendly team during fast-paced evening services.
- Help with light food prep and customer service.
- Cover absences, deliver stock/equipment (mileage paid monthly).
- Manage set-up, close-down, and complete daily records.
- Support with onsite training and follow company checklists and standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident leader with great communication and people skills.
- Must be able to drive and have own transport.
- Reliable, detail-focused, and able to maintain high food hygiene standards.
- Passion for food and willingness to learn — experience is a bonus, not a must!
