Reach Recruitment are currently looking for an administrator for our client in HU9. This is a temp to perm job and the hours are subject to change once fully trained.
This role is ideal for proactive individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering high-quality administrative support.
Pay Rate:
- £12.71 per hour on days once moved to lates it would be £13.50
Hours:
- Monday to Friday 7:30am until 4:30pm (hours to change to 3.30pm - 2am Monday to Thursday)
Duties include but aren’t limited to:
- Using various CRM systems.
- Converting job cards.
- Entering data into the system.
- Helping the wider team with administration tasks.
- Working in a fast paced manufacturing environment with high attention to detail levels.
- Working to tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
The ideal candidate will:
- Have high levels of attention to detail.
- Accurate data entry.
- Proven office experience or administrative experience is essential
- Experience using various CRM systems.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Happy working in fast paced environments.
