Smileys Childcare Agency is seeking an experienced, commercially focused recruiter to take ownership of a busy and established permanent recruitment desk within the Early Years sector.

· Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Source, screen and interview candidates.
- Manage interviews, offers and placements.
- Develop existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and compliance processes.
- Achieve agreed activity, placement and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a 360 recruitment role.
- Strong and demonstrable billing history.
- Proven track record of successful permanent placements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
- Professional, driven and results-focused.
Applicants should have previous 360 recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of placements and billing performance.
