Award winning family business Beanmachines is looking for a Service engineer who loves working in a close nit team to help manage their rapidly growing customer base in the South Of England.
Responsible for repairing and maintaining the full range of top of market coffee machines and and premium BeanTo Cup machines, from both small local companies to large businesses in the South of England. Experience of working with Sanremo, Fracino, La Spaziale, Cimbali, Franke, WMF, Azkoyen, Coffee Tek or similar machines, ideal. The successful candidate will be hands-on, organised, able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team, thorough and possess good communication and customer service skills.
- Installing and configuring coffee machines in a variety of settings
- Diagnosing and repairing technical issues with coffee machines
- Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Training customers on the proper use and maintenance of coffee machines
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of all service calls and repairs
- Collaborating with other members of the service team to share knowledge and best practices
- Keeping up to date with new product developments and emerging coffee trends
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies

- Must have previous field engineer experience
- Preferably engineering experience on catering, coffee or vending machines Sanremo, Expobar, Fracino, La Spaziale, Cimbali, WMF or similar machines ideal.
- Must have excellent customer facing skills.
- Must have a good telephone manner.
