Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Load Supervisor to oversee the efficient loading operations at our manufacturing facility based in Minworth, Sutton Coldfield, this role is vital to ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily loading activities to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to organize materials and finished goods for loading.
- Operate and manage forklift trucks safely and efficiently.
- Implement process improvements to optimize loading procedures.
- Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead and motivate the loading team to meet operational targets.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline shipping processes.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics, preferably within manufacturing.
- Strong team management skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems.
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when required.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to warehouse operations.
- Hours
- Monday to Thursday 6.30am to 3.15pm, Friday 6.30am to 2.45pm
Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour

- Supervising: 2 years (required)
