Job Overview
Rebound Care and Support are seeking to recruit flexible experienced Female brain injury support workers to support our client. Our client is a 13 year old girl with a Brain Injury. We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals who can provide high-quality care and adapt to her specific needs.
Our client lives in Feering with her parents, and you will be working on 1:1 basis. The role will focus on providing personalised support during the day. Our client is looking for someone active, caring, reliable and confident.
Due to the client needs we are seeking for energetic and active females only, who can drive and have access to their own vehicle. Our client has got a WAV and you will need to drive the client – therefore, a full UK driving licence is essential.
Hours:
Monday's, Tuesday's, Thursday's, and Friday's - 15:00 - 19:30.
Alternate Sunday Shifts - 9:00 - 17:00 ,
Pay
Monday to Friday - £17.00 p/h, Sunday - £20.00 p/h.

Experience
- We are looking for supportive, patient and committed team members to provide the care during the day.
- The Ideal candidates will need to have experience in working with SI clients, attention to detail and have a can-do attitude.
- Assist individuals in accessing community to improve their quality of life
- Support individuals in setting and achieving their personal goals.
- Provide guidance and support to the client, ensuring best practices and a person-centered approach.
- Assist service users attend health activities.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all support provided, maintaining professional and respectful documentation.
Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
