Maintenance Manager for a Park Home Site.
Your job will involve looking after site facilities, general maintenance of site and lodges, and up keep of grounds areas. Attending call outs and answering customer queries.
Previous relevant experience and references required.
Luxury Lodge accommodation is included in this position as you will be expected to live on the park. Accommodation and Utility Bills included.
Duties will include:
Site Maintenance internal and external lodges - good DIY skills required
Grounds maintenance
Call out cover required on park

This is a full time position, which demands flexibility and attention to detail.
40 hours per week
£14.50 per hour plus accommodation and bills covered which equates to a £37k per year package. We will increase your salary to £15.00 per hour after 3/6 months depending on your experience.
