We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Head of Sales to lead our commercial operations. In this role, you will define our sales strategy, mentor our sales team, and secure high-value contracts within the printing and packaging sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans in line with the company’s overall financial and growth objectives.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives and account managers, fostering a high-performance, consultative sales culture.
- Pipeline Development: Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and robust account growth.
- Key Account Management: Take the lead in negotiating and closing high-value deals with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Analyse sales data, forecast revenue trends, and report directly to executive stakeholders.
- Industry Alignment: Maintain a deep understanding of current print media, packaging, and large-format printing trends to effectively position our value proposition.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets in a senior sales capacity.
- Comprehensive experience in the printing, packaging, or large-format inkjet industries.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Strong commercial awareness with an extensive professional network.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and high-level negotiation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: £55,000 per annum
- Bonus / Commission Structure: (OTE targeted at an additional £15,000)
