IPM Group is recruiting new beginners and experienced Event Stewards to work across a wide range of events, including sporting events, live events and other busy public venues.
As part of the IPM team, you will support crowd management, customer service and safety, helping to make sure events run smoothly, safely and professionally for everyone attending.
We are looking for people who are:
Reliable, professional and approachable
Good communicators with a calm manner
Able to work well as part of a team
Willing to learn and develop within the events industry Previous experience is welcome, but it is not essential. If you have the right attitude, are dependable and want to get involved in event work, we would like to hear from you.
We are also especially interested in hearing from staff who already hold a valid Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification, as qualified and experienced stewards may be eligible for higher-rated roles.
All new staff will be required to complete our onboarding process before deployment. This includes the required vetting checks, an online induction, and our online training package, which is designed to prepare you for working safely and confidently at events.
