The Role
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Passador (Meat Carver) to join our team. As a Passador, you will be at the heart of our dining experience - expertly carving and serving a variety of grilled meats directly at the table while engaging guests with energy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Carve and serve a selection of grilled meats tableside in a traditional rodízio style
- Ensure meats are cooked, presented, and served to the highest standards
- Interact with guests in a friendly, confident, and engaging manner
- Maintain knowledge of all cuts of meat and preparation methods
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Uphold food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Passador, chef, butcher, or similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Passion for food, especially grilled meats and Brazilian cuisine
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident, energetic, and personable attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic
