Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Financial Services Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves providing day to day client administration and will be expected to provide support for key areas of the financial planning process, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Duties
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Processing of new business and track applications through to completion
- Liaise with product providers
- Adding plan/investment information to back office system
- Completing fund switches and ongoing investment/platform administration
- Preparing client review packs
- General financial planning administration tasks as required to support the advisers and office manager
Qualifications
- Preferably 12 months proven experience in office administration or similar roles within a financial or a similar professional services environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- A positive attitude and the willingness to learn and be coached
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
