The role
This is a closing role.
You own the full cycle. First enquiry to signed contract.
An inbound enquiry lands. You qualify it. Run a discovery call. Understand the site problem. Build a bespoke quote. Follow up. Close.
Some deals close in 2 weeks. Some take 12 months.
Average deal: ~£20,000. Range: £1,000–£100,000.
You also generate 20% of your own pipeline through targeted prospecting.
CRM is HubSpot.
The money
Base: £35,000 - £45,000
Commission: 1% on all revenue above £30,000/month. Uncapped.
OTE: £50,000–£60,000.

Who this is for
4+ years B2B sales. You've personally owned and closed deals from first contact to signed contract. Not managed accounts. Not handled enquiries. Closed.
Ideally a background in industrial fit-out, construction products, capital equipment, or similar. Closers from other sectors will be considered too.
Comfortable building your own quotes and proposals without hand-holding.
Full UK driving licence. Required.
Commutable to Clay Cross, Chesterfield Monday to Thursday. In office 8:30am–4:30pm. Friday is WFH. No flexibility on this.
