Sales & Business Development Manager – Tyrone
£45,000 to £55,000 + benefits
Our client is a leading manufacturer of engineered infrastructure solutions. Due to continued growth within the data centre infrastructure and electrical power sectors, our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, expand market share, and secure long-term contracts within key target industries.
This is a strategic and hands-on business development role focused on generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting the continued commercial growth of the organisation. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospect qualification through to tender submission, negotiation, and contract award. They will play a key role in positioning the company as a preferred supplier within its target markets.
What we are looking for…
· 5 years' + experience in a business development or technical sales role
· Strong industry background within one or more of the following sectors:
- Data Centre Infrastructure, Electrical Power Distribution, Switchgear, Utilities, Engineering Manufacturing, Critical Infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle
- Proven track record in tendering, e-tendering, pricing, and contract negotiation
