Description
This is a unique opportunity to join Apple as a home-based People Business Partner supporting the UK Retail team, which includes regular travel to our stores. We are open to applications from anywhere across the UK, with a specific lens of supporting stores in the North UK.
As a People Business Partner, you will be a trusted strategic partner, experienced coach, and inclusion advocate for leaders across UK Retail. You will translate Apple's vision and strategic priorities into meaningful People strategies and solutions that make a real impact on both the business and the employee experience. This is not a transactional role. It is a role for someone who brings deep business understanding, sound judgement, and the kind of trusted relationships that enable leaders to make confident, well-informed people decisions, doing the work only a PBP can do, with rigour, care, and intention.
The Retail organisation leads a critical and strategic imperative for the company, seamlessly integrating across Apple's ecosystem, and bringing the highest quality experience our customers expect and deserve.
To be successful in this role, you will need to deeply understand your client group and uncover root causes to develop insight-driven recommendations.
