Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and serving food during events.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring they are sanitized and ready for use.
- Support banquet operations by setting up and breaking down event spaces efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to adhere to food handling safety standards during food service.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
- Follow established protocols for waste disposal and recycling to promote sustainability.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation and handling practices is a plus.
- Experience in banquet service or catering environments is beneficial.
- A background in restaurant or kitchen operations will be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
