Assistant Manager
Inda Pubs are looking for a talented Assistant Manager to join our fantastic team across one of our ten beautiful gastro pubs in West London. With a strong focus on quality food, great drinks, and genuine hospitality, our pubs are welcoming neighbourhood destinations — the perfect place for someone ready to take the next step in their management career within a growing and dynamic company.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy, quality-driven venue. The pub combines exceptional food made from fresh ingredients with outstanding, friendly service. We’re looking for someone who thrives on the floor, motivates the team, and brings a real presence to service.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Assistant Manager (or similar) experience
- A natural leader and motivator who brings the best out of the team
- A confident communicator with energy, warmth, and personality
- Someone who can create a fun, upbeat and professional environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and quality at every level
- A manager who can be the face of the pub and make it their own
