We are working with a number of inclusive primary schools across North West London that are expected to recruit SEND Teaching Assistants for September.
These opportunities will involve supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language needs, learning difficulties and complex needs. Roles may involve classroom support, small-group interventions or dedicated 1:1 support.
Whether you already have school-based experience or have supported children and young people in another setting, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
- Support pupils with SEND across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Work on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Support learning, communication and social development
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with teachers, SENDCos and families
About You
- Experience supporting children or young people preferred
- Personal or professional SEND experience welcomed
- Patient, resilient and adaptable
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate about supporting children to achieve their potential
