Part-Time Home Care Assistant (Drivers Required) – North Hertfordshire

What you’ll receive
- Hourly pay of £13.25–£19.88
- Paid travel time between visits
- Mileage allowance at 35p per mile
- Minimum one-hour visits, so you’re never rushed
- Full training and a comprehensive induction
- Ongoing support from a friendly, local team

Your role
Every visit is shaped around the individual you’re supporting and may include:
- Offering companionship and reassurance
- Supporting with personal care in a respectful, dignified way
- Preparing meals and assisting with everyday household tasks
- Prompting and supporting with medication
- Helping with shopping, appointments, or gentle outings
- Light domestic duties
Who this role is for
- Drivers with access to their own vehicle
- Individuals with the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
- People who are caring, patient, and dependable
- No previous care experience required — training is provided
