We are looking for Spa Hosts to join our team to provide a warm welcome to spa guests, providing the highest levels of guest service, with a “nothing is too much trouble” approach. Anticipating guests needs and exceeding their expectations before, during and after their visit. Working to ensure the spa areas are always spotlessly clean and immaculately presented, with stocks and supplies regularly replenished and the high standards maintained, all with a smile on your face.
This position is full time and the successful candidate should be fully flexible, including weekends.
What you’ll need ...
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Spa Therapist qualification / experience would be advantageous
- A keen eye for detail and holds the guest at the heart of all they do.
- Committed to working as a team
- Positive and "can do" attitude
- Professionally presented
