Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Officer to join our team.
This is a key role that supports the Directors and wider business by managing HR administration, compliance administration, monitoring business costs, reconciling timesheets, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
As our business continues to grow, this role will help strengthen internal processes, support compliance, and improve the flow of information across the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage HR administration including onboarding, contracts, appraisals, disciplinaries and maintaining personnel files
- Ensuring timesheet accuracy and alignment with labour allocation and business costing
- Ensure all site paperwork and compliance documentation is complete and filed
- Support Directors with reporting, diary management, and business oversight
- Assist with administrative compliance tasks, audit preparation, and tracking corrective actions
- Maintain training records, KPIs, and completion certificates
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in HR admin, business support, or office management
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Experience in construction or operational environments is an advantage

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
