About this role
We are seeking a graduate to help supporting the Careers & Employability Service (CES) day-to-day operations, including: answering to e-mails and phone calls, approve jobs on the jobs board, welcome guests in the Careers Centre, with a strong focus on software and data. The postholder will liaise with the careers software provider, support processes’ implementation and analyse data’s report. The post holder will also use their recent experience of higher education study to help co-create aspects of the Careers & Employability strategy. As a co-creator, the post holder will help the CES to shape its service to be more aligned to students’ needs and therefore increase engagement and accessibility
About you
This opportunity is open to recent University of Chichester graduates. We are looking for someone with excellent IT skills and an interest in analysing data. The postholder will need strong organisation skills to balance competing priorities as well as good interpersonal skills, working with students and colleagues across the organisation.
