We are seeking dynamic and experienced Product rework Operatives to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess products for defects or imperfections.
- Perform necessary rework and repairs on products to meet quality standards.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Carrying out rework tasks such as:
Unwrapping/wrapping pallets, unpacking contents from incorrect boxes and transferring the contents / re-labelling the new box
Repackaging damaged products by stripping out the damaged product and rebuilding the pallets
Gluing boxes, placing products into them, gluing the opposite end, and stacking the completed box onto a pallet.
Loading product onto a conveyor belt, which feeds into the machine.
Adhering to health and safety and company guidelines
Experience:
-Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
-Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
-Good communication skills and the ability to report findings accurately.
-Ability to carry out physically demanding work
-Commitment to work by health and safety and company guidelines.
SHIFTS-
4 on 4 off 0600 - 1800
Pay: From £13.20 per hour
