Role: Mobile Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Door-to-Door Travel
Location: Gloucester (within ~25 miles of office)
Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours) | 8:15am – 4:15pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established, multi-skilled HVAC, refrigeration, and heating company, delivering service, maintenance, and repair across a range of mixed commercial contracts.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable company with a strong local presence. The role is primarily local, with most work within a 25-mile radius of Gloucester.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Service, maintain, and repair a range of AC and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
- Work on equipment including splits, VRV/VRF systems, and refrigeration units
- Complete service reports and compliance documentation accurately
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations
- Maintain a professional approach on client sites
Requirements:
- F-Gas Category 1 (essential)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in AC & refrigeration service and maintenance
- Experience working across commercial environments
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
