CHEF DE PARTIE

Our kitchen team at Inn on the Lake Silvermere Golf Club are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join them.
The successful candidate will ensure that high quality food is produced that supports menus covering the Bistro, Golf Days, Sunday Carvery and special life events of all sizes.
Silvermere is a very successful and growing site which provides state of the art leisure facilities for golfers, retail customers and our hospitality customers.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
