Role overview: You will be involved with conversations around building self confidence and explaining how our experience can empower not just now but in the future too.
Therefore candidates must have a positive attitude with an outgoing personality, the ability to build up rapport with potential clients quickly, and to close sales effectively is imperative to success in the role. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in the below tasks, duties and job responsibilities:
- Taking bookings over the phone to fill a busy studio diary; involving outbound calls, and speaking to customers with the intent to book them in for our unique experience.
- Excellent time management and communication skills; an enthusiastic and energetic character is required.
- Able to work well within a team and independently.
- Ability to stay calm in a fast paced, target driven and challenging environment and remain proactive and professional, continuously striving for excellence.
The ideal candidate will preferably hold experience in sales and must have a friendly phone manner.
