We are currently we are looking for a Property Consultant to join one of the most successful Estate Agency teams in the North East. We are family run group of Estate Agents, Surveyors and a Lettings Agency established in 1910 with offices across County Durham.
Daily duties will include, but not limited to:
· Speaking with potential clients, promoting the agency, arranging valuations and viewings.
· Marketing/advertising properties for sale.
· Dealing with buyers, discussing new properties and accompanying viewings.
· Negotiating sales.
· Arranging conveyancing and mortgage appointments.
Requirements
· Be able to communicate effectively and identify opportunities.
· A want to make a difference and go beyond customer expectations.
· Able to work within a team and be target driven.
· Good IT and literacy skills.
· An “I can/ I will” attitude to work.
· Experience not essential but a customer service/ sales background would be advantageous.
We are offering
· £24200 basic and On Target Earnings of £28,000.
· 28 days (including statutory) days holiday.
· Pension scheme.
· Training to become a successful Estate Agent and gain a level 3 property qualification.
