Responsibilities
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for clients
- Conduct consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable lash styles
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all tools and work areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a relaxing environment and addressing client questions or concerns
- Keep up-to-date with the latest lash techniques, products, and industry trends
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times
- Promote retail products related to eyelash care to enhance client results and satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in makeup application, particularly eyelash extensions or similar beauty treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Organised with attention to detail to deliver precise and consistent results
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with a focus on hygiene, safety, and client confidentiality
