We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and mentoring individuals, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their personal and professional goals. This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Bromley Mencap is an award winning local charity providing a wide range
of services, activities and support for disabled people of all ages, their
carers and families in the London Borough of Bromley.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our supported employment
service on a casual (zero hours) basis. We are looking to recruit job
coaches to support and coach people with learning difficulties and/or
physical disabilities who are in employment or training and help them to
achieve sustainability within their chosen role.
You will play a key role in facilitating each individual’s achievement
through one to one work and ensuring relationships are built with
employers. You will be required to negotiate and agree reasonable
adjustments with employers on behalf of our clients.
The employment support is at various settings throughout Bromley,
Bexley, South East and Central London primarily Monday to Friday.
