What You will Be Doing:
- Managing emails and telephone communications with professionalism
- Recording and monitoring online transactions and payments
- Supporting Directors with confidential administrative tasks
- Handling basic bookkeeping and account entries (Xero experience preferred)
- Conducting research and assisting with purchasing when required
- Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times
What we are Looking For:
- Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Previous experience in a similar role
Preferred:
- Bookkeeping or accounting knowledge with relevant qualifications
- Experience with Sage
- Research and procurement experience
- Candidates based locally
