To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements:
- Eligibility to live and work in UK
- Professional experience in this role, or equivalent qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the takeaway, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
-Ensure that the shop is clean, organized, and well-maintained
-Ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Monitor food production and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Manage help preparing the order with other staff members
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management abilities and highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask
- Fast Pace and must be able to work under pressure and Able to work well with others
- Creative, energetic and passionate about delivering excellence.
