Role Overview
Future Life Family is a growing family protection firm specialising in free wills, guardianship planning, life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection for parents and young families.
You will be as close to a sales role as you possibly can without actually directly making sales yourself. Instead you will be warming clients up, introducing a new product, and handing it off to an expert Financial Adviser. You will be learning from, and taking the calls for, the highest-earning Financial Adviser in the UK, and will have the opportunity to earn 2.5% of commission from each case that progresses.
There is also the potential for becoming a protection adviser yourself if you perform and if there is space later on.
We are looking for a highly confident, well-presented & spoken, friendly onboarding agent that has a proclivity for instilling trust in clients.
The only experience an applicant must have is in themselves being excellently-received by clients in previous roles.
The call you'll be conducting with clients is a free will-writing call. During this call, you will gather the information needed to prepare the client’s will instructions, understand their family circumstances, and make sure key details are captured accurately.
During the call, you will also introduce the wider Life Insurance review. This may include life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection, where relevant. You are not expected to give financial advice, but you will help explain the process and prepare the client for a later conversation with an adviser.
This is not a cold-calling role. You will only speak to people who have booked in for a formal appointment to write their wills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client onboarding calls.
- Lead the free will-writing and guardianship planning conversation.
- Gather key information about the client’s family, children, guardianship wishes, property, mortgage/renting status and existing insurance arrangements.
- Capture accurate will instructions using internal templates.
- Introduce the family protection review during the call in a clear and professional way.
- Explain that an expert financial adviser can help review life insurance, critical illness cover.
Pay: £32,000.00-£38,500.00 per year
